Halal bi halal at novotel banjarmasin airport was good, the variants of food they had is very nice and good, my favorite is sish kebab ! love it, and also the had good view of swimming pool, and the had bar at canopy, for the service also excellent their staff is very kind, Thanks

Overall it is good but we were disappointed of the toilets in our room (3319). We arrived with toilets were not clean. We thought staff would clean them on next day but they were still same. Maybe the room is seldom to used by clients. I hope hotel can provide good sanitation in all rooms.

Novotel Banjarmasin was strategic hotel, near with Bandara Syamsoodin Noor around 15 mnts. Staff hotel was nice and helpfull. Cleaning service was quick action when I request to change the bedcover due to my son vomited at night.

Such a disappointing service for an accor group hotels, the staf is less then guess numbers that make all the services slow. We have to call the house keeping many times just for asking our laundry to be delivered. The room was not so tiddy and have some problems with toilet and shower.
